I wouldn't use miledown. I would use the anking overhaul deck. Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review. I'd recommend MD for P/S but supplement with Uearth. When reviewing Uearth questions, make cards for things you don't know.
