Select on it to import the livery to GT7. Only liveries that you have publicly shared in GT Sport can be imported to GT7.

In modern Racing Games there is no career like that anymore. Forza 7 is the closest thing to GranTurismo that we have on PC. Horizon 4 is more arcade-like with super annoying "build your virtual social media presence" while trying to play the game. Forza 7 or Forza Horizon 4. All that having been said, GT7 is a great game.
