The people are better. The uniform is better. Just don’t stay at Cracker Barrel for longer than you need to lol. I haven't worked at a Cracker Barrel in a really long time. It was my first serving job back in the 90's. lol That said, the menu is really cheap, and the clientele it attracts certainly wouldn't be optimal. Get good at multitasking. Don’t take care of one table at a time. If one needs a box and the other needs a refill, grab both to bring out at once. Don’t take rude customers to heart, we all get them no matter how good of a server you are. Be energetic, be bubbly, smile to your tables.
