Hulu has Stars subtitled but not dubbed (Viz for some reason never made the dub available for free streaming). 400 total - 34 dubbed episodes in Stars = 366 episodes on Hulu. I am watching the whole series on Prime. It costs like $2 an episode though, may be worth it if you plan to rewatch, otherwise kinda pricy.
