I doubt it since PSO2 classic is no longer being supported. The voice tickets themselves were already in the pso2 files. They only had to translate the item descriptions and file names. They are definitely dubbing NGS voice tickets as all SG scratch voice tickets are dubbed and shouldn't take long before ngs ac scratches include new ones as well.
