I've been 1 cm dilated since 28 weeks, I'll be 32 weeks on Thursday, and I'm also on bedrest, mainly because I actually went into pre-term labor at 28 weeks which included a 3 dayish stint in the hospital. On top of being dialated, my cervix also started shortening and I'm effaced also. You'll be okay, I promise.
