#1 · Feb 10, 2022. 2022 Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle model comes with a new entertainment system that has FireTV. But then the Blu-Ray player is not working. There is no option to select the source as Blu-Ray under Media or anywhere in the Menu option. Took the car to dealership and they had no clue on this new entertainment system.The remote control will not work yet at this point, it first needs to be paired with the FireTV, which happens later in the setup process (and is optional). Can't help you with the dvd/bluray issue itself though, I have a 2022 Limited Hybrid, hybrids other than the Pinnacle do not have the bluray player with the uconnect theater package.After only a year and a half, my overhead DVD player suddenly stopped working. I brought the vehicle to the dealership and was told that it would cost 1800.00 to replace. That is more than the original DVD player itself.
