I don't care about true neverclick since it's only a shadow achievement, but whenever I start a fresh save, I try to go for neverclick and hardcore at the same time at the immediate start of the run, due to gaining heavenly chips disabling the ability to earn them without activating "born again" (or whatever the challenge mode is called) because of heavenly upgrades being unlocked
