Attach the mulch plug.Remove the oil filter from the package and place it in a stable location. Take a small amount of fresh oil and apply it to the gasket of the filter. Install the new oil filter in the reverse order of the removal process. The filter should be hand tightened to ensure a proper seal occurs with the gasket on the oil filter.
