The annual Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival will take place at Twin Lakes Park and includes over 50 live performances, 220 arts and craft exhibitors, heritage and history demonstrations, and ethnic food booths. Festival hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
