Everytime I open Vortex it says "Update Available" and when I close Vortex it just installs the "update". I can click "restart and install" but the next time I open Vortex, it'll say "Update Available" again. Also almost all of my mods appeared in Downloads tab after the last update. Checked the plugins and sure enough, Vortex disabled all plugins, including Dawnguard.esm, Dragonborn.esm, and HearthFires.esm. I manually enabled them all and it was fine for a day. Fast forward to me turning my PC off and trying the next day. Vortex disabled them all again. It's done this for three days in a row now.

Vortex will continue to install the revision you started downloading, however, if you click "Update" in the "Added Collections" view it will update the newest revision and download those files. Any mods from the old version that still exist in the new one will not need to be reinstalled.A filtered list appears showing just mods with updates to install.
